This contractor was paid $180 to service a residential furnace during the summer in preparation for the upcoming winter. The furnace never heated properly and 'Jonsie' (Mr. Jones) resorted to yelling and deflection instead of providing fair and equitable customer service. A couple hundred more $$$ later and after 2 weeks at 18 degree temps, a separate 'professional' - One Hour Heating - was able to provide basic maintenance and start the furnace within 20 minutes! I gave Mr. Jones 1 star because he at least showed up...
