Description: Set meter off rtc: 4' rpl inspection date:10-26-06 p.u.a.s. 11/21/07 - mft..initial inspection passed in october 2006. yd grade was the only thing that did not pass. mws inspected in january 2007, april 2007, august 2007 and september 2007 and each time the yard grade had not been completed, so the inspection failed. mws went back out on 11/20/07 to do a final inspection and found the following items causing the inspection to fail: "box way out of line & needs to be adjusted, clean out box, and yard grade. the customer, general construction and the plumber, all american plbing, were faxed a copy of the failed work order. when all american plbg went out today to check on the meter box, they found another person there doing plumbing work and they did not know who the person was or if the person was a licensed plumber. mej said as of today, all american plbing is not responsible for the meter box, general construction is.
