Warning!!!! Do not do business with Wyatt Panos of Panos Construction!!! He is a thief, dishonest, a total scammer and so unprofessional!! Wyatt is a great salesman who will steal your money! He stole 54k from us! He has also done this to several other local families. We gave him a deposit to do a complete house Renovation, inside and outside. The demo was done a year ago!! He told us he needed more money to order materials. We gave it to him and found out nothing was ordered. Every week was a different excuse as to why things were not done. He also did not respond to phone calls, texts or emails for months!!! When we threatened to take him to court he did just enough to hold us off. We have failed at least 8 different inspections. He lied about the DP ratings on our windows to try and pass an inspection with stickers from different windows. Wyatt Panos is a serial liar. He even emailed us a kitchen design and asked for a deposit to order cabinets. We also found out that it was a scam too. Nothing was ordered!! Any work that Wyatt has done on our house has to be redone because it will not pass inspection. We have gone to his office to try and get money back and again we get excuses and lies. Even his assistant told us it would be a good idea to get a lawyer. Wyatt said he wanted to make this right and then ignored us again. We are now in a situation where we have been paying the mortgage on a house for a year that we can’t use or rent and will struggle financially to renovate it. Worst mistake we ever made was trusting Wyatt Panos!!! Steer clear of this scam artist!!!
