Buyer Beware! We contracted with Robert Gilligan to have our roof replaced in July 2018. He took our deposit for half the total cost of the replacement and won't return our calls or messages. He was supposed to have the work done Mid August, it is now November and still can't get him on the phone. We have filed a complaint with the BBB.
