I contracted Builtrite Pools and Spas last May for the installation of a San Juan Pools Fiberglas pool. The pool itself was fine, but the installation was another thing. During the installation process, a crack was develop on the bottom of the pool due to improper installation process. This happened in the August timeframe. We are now in April and the crack has not been repaired yet. Lots of lies and broken promises. Stay away from Builtrite Pools. A lousy contractor.
