This business gave a quote (letter on letterhead) to us through our realtor to fix repairs on a home we purchased. Once closing was near I called them to set up a time for them to come do to repairs. Once on the phone the owner stated he was retired and no longer in business he just gave a quote based off of what he thought the work would cost. Then The wife gets on the phone after having to call back due to loss of cell signal and proceeds to say they did not sign a contract they just gave an estimate for repairs in which they no longer do. Please refrain from falling for the the same tricks we did!
