JOE SACA told me I had to replace three sets of wood windows due to water damage. The window were fine; the only thing that required replacement was the glass in the frames. Unfortunately, I listened to his "expertise" and purchased three new sets of wooden frames. He did not tell the company ordering the new windows the style nor the type of wood cut. They had to be remade. Then, he installed them improperly, using a water-based caulking product. My new exterior stucco had to be removed so the windows could be recaulked. He screwed up the wiring for my wired alarm system with his caulking, shortening their length. The new windows are not wide enough for the magnets that can be used for the alarm. He installed one window so that it wasn't level and couldn't be opened and messed up the interior frame of it. He refused to complete the job. He added an unnecessary $50,000 to my original $90,000 project! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INCOMPETENT CONTRACTOR (who supposedly specializes in window installation).
