Do not, do not, DO NOT use this contractor. We found him to be dishonest, manipulative and needed to spend many thousands of dollars to complete or redo work that was not done or done incorrectly. We eventually took him to court and was awarded a judgement that we have yet to receive now 8 months after the award has been made.
