Robert Grate promises to get jobs done. Keeps saying he will not rip us off. Unfortunately, it has been a long time and still NOT DONE projects. He does not know how to clean up after a job he personally does. He does not believe in getting permits from the borough. Tell us that the borough only wants money. He has a hard time with estimates too. Look around before hiring this guy.
