I contracted with Bill Ulderich from Cairnbrook, PA to do the job. Lumber cut with a chain saw, the roof from my home partially removed with a chain saw and left open to rain, snow, and weather, damaging my attic insulation, drywall, furniture and furnishings.
$15,000 down, $5000 upon completion of framing, which was asked for by Bill before the framing was complete. He asked for the check while I was at work, not at home, so I wrote it. I arrived home to find incomplete framing my house full of running water running down from the ceiling in all rooms.
Since then, no response by telephone, no work done. I drove to Cairnbrook to confirm he lives and exists there, and he does. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office.
