If we could give zero stars to Sabel carpentry we would.
First off, they do not know how to keep track of invoicing, contracts and draw amounts. You as a homeowner will have to make sure you are on top of every invoice, and have everything in writing otherwise you will get taken advantage of by thousands and thousands of dollars.
Make sure you are on site every day otherwise they will try to pass off shotty work. We had cracked cabinets, out of square fireplace wall, bowed headers, and incorrect countertops installed. We have detailed pictures of all these images saved and these were shared with all the members of Sabel carpentry and never addressed.
They are an arrogant family who tries to say they have an honest reputation but it is anything but that. The amount of hours my family has put into their administration and on-site mistakes is sickening. As well as the amount of stress they have put on my family as first time home builders.
Do yourself a favor and look for a reputable company for any of your remodel needs or if you are looking for a new build.
