Gave me estimate for a project in Jan 2021 at 310k. Sent finalized plans in May 2021 to them and asked for review and confirmation of estimate. All was confirmed to be in line with expectations. June 2021 after an actual review of plans took place the bid was changed to 460k!! After numerous texts back I was eventually completely ignored even though we were meant to start in June / July. We are now left with a set of approved plans and no contractor. Terrible service.
