But the biggest problem we do have with the pool. Mr. Cookson just painted the surface with some random pool paint to make it look good for sale. After only two months, the paint and the surface material have peeled off. We learned from several pool pros, just painting the surface is the worst one can do.
Mr. Cookson promised to repair the damage, but after 1 year and 5 months he has still not come to keep his word. He no longer replies to our emails and messages. We thought Mr. Cookson was a fair and nice person.
We can only strongly advise against working with Mr. Cookson. He doesn't seem to be trustworthy.
