When we were in the option period on a home, Del Angel charged us $150 to do a very cursory inspection (they didn't catch multiple electrical issues, as we learned after we were forced to go elsewhere for new quotes) with insufficient detail on the quote. Nevertheless, since our agent vouched for the company, we called again after we closed on the home to request that they repair our electrical panel. We got a call back to tell us they were too busy to schedule us and would call us back to schedule something later. They never did. Months later, I gave the company another shot, even mentioning the name of our agent to see if that would get them to pay attention. No response. I'd like a refund of the $150 inspection fee given the inadequacy of the inspection and the refusal to do work on our home.
