Description: Snow chemical storage building please upload construction docements to project dox and arrange to pay the plan review fee. the project consists of constructing a building for the bulk storage of solid deicing chemicals. the structure needs to house approximately 600 tons of the material. the material will be stored in 1 ton bags on a shelving system and in bulk storage bins. the shelving system will be configured for the maneuvering of forklifts for unloading and loading of the material. the bulk storage bin will have adequate space for storage of approximately 30 40 tons of the material and requires adequate space for maneuvering of a caterpillar 966 wheel loader. drive through lanes within the building will be provided for delivery of the material and loading of dump trucks for distribution of the material to the airfield. the building will be provided with a dehumidifier to ensure the deicing chemicals remain dry while in storage.
