Do not make the same mistake we did. This contractor does not use weather appropriate material. In less than 6 months we had rusty nails on an ocean block home. Bill claimed it was a one time incident and replaced the section. After the winter, we had rusty nails through-out the house which he refused to replace. House siding was faced-nailed which we noted that this was not appropriate. Bill stated that this is done all the time. Later, we found out that he voided our Certainteed warranty. We have an uneven kitchen floor that he claimed was from settlement - until we looked through some preconstruction pictures to discover that the fireplace gas line runs underneath it. There are multiple undercut trim boards with large gaps. There is no flashing that resulted in water in our garage. In addition, we have damaged exterior door grilles that his painter destroyed. Bill insisted that our non-removeable grilles were removeable even after his manufacturing representative and Thermatru stated that the grilles were Non-removeable. The kitchen that he is showing - he neglects to show you the detailed work of mismatched paint and hidden damage. We needed to reorder the oven cabinet because his sub destroyed it!
