Had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. Designer ignored the budget we initially gave her for our project. Left our house in a mess and never offered to help us put items back in place. Went so far as to make a smart alecky comment that we would never find all of our things after she haphazardly threw our possessions in black garbage bags and Rubbermaid containers. She was asked to come back to help locate items, but never responded to efforts to contact her. I would not have this person in my home ever again. There are too many designers to put up with that type of disrespect. We paid a hefty amount to have items moved to our basement, yet she decided not to use this furniture. Now our basement looks like a warehouse facility with hardly any room in which to navigate. Never, ever will I use this business again. I know another she has done work for, and she would never have dared to leave that individua's home in such a condition. Unprofessional, does not listen to the customer, noses into one's personal business, and no follow-through whatsoever. I wish I could give zero star.
