Description: Str13-02419 i am dealing with a foreign owner, from china. it has been taking months to get any decisions or approvals made. we have been at a standstill since winter hit. we have not started work yet. the design is not finished either. this permit is for an interior strip. we applied for this in order to fast track the project, but because of the owner it is going slow!!! i barely got paid for deisgn work and i'm almost positive he will not pay me for these fees. i am going to request a final meeting with him where i demand that the project moves forward or i will cancel our contract and permit. i graciously request that this permit be renewed and that both administrative fees, totaling $430 be waived. i cannot afford them. thank you for your consideration!
