Description: Str12-00195 eaci was in the role of a subcontractor only performing asbestos abatement. the general contractor was not a marion county licensed contractor and could not file the permit. the contractor requested that environmental assurance file the demolition permit in his behalf. eaci had never filled a demolition permit and were not aware of the rule to notify marion county when the project concluded. for this we do apologize. i trust this explanation is sufficient. please do not hesitate to call me 317.636.8500 if you have any questions regarding this issue.
