I contacted him to install a new HVAC system on another rental house in July 2017. He asked for deposit up front then never did the work. Had tons os excuses, stopped answering calls and texts, left a bunch of supplies on the property.
After I contacted an investigator, I found out that he had not renewed his KY HVAC license, had an IRS lien against him and had been evicted form where he was living. Coincidentally (or maybe not), he paid off his IRS debt in Bullitt County a week after getting my deposit.
Finally, we were able to serve him court papers in Jefferson County to try to get whole on this deal.Now I find out he has a bench warrant out for him Larue County. You can find all this information on public websites so be warned not to deal with him.
