The guy is a scam artist! Didn’t have a permit to do necessary work, lied to the inspectors! Did work that was unnecessary, didn’t do work that was agreed upon! Nearly ruined our house because he is incapable of doing ANY Structual work which he never took a permit for in the first place! Filing complaint with his license as soon as arbitration ends! Also emotionally unstable and a full blown
Egomaniac!
