Corbin is a crook. He uses crackheads and drunks to do his work. He cuts every corner that he possibly can. Most anyone who has had a house by him in my neighborhood has had countless issues. He wants to raise the housing rates and not do any of the work required to do so. If it has his name on it do not touch it.
