This is a terrible company to deal with. Their employee Jason is the worst and i don't know how he keeps his job since he sent plumes of dirty black sewer water spewing out of the sewer all over my basement. When I complained to the company telling them that when they fix something their employees should be responsible for any damage they cause, the company told me they have no policy to punish negligent employees.That basically means they condone employees negligence since nothing will be done to them. This is why this Jason keeps getting away with damaging homeowner's property - I saw reviews on other sites where he did the same thing to other homeowners.. If I could give them zero stars I would have; they don't even deserve the one star I had to give.
