I used Walter (Cool Impact Bradenton, FL) for two properties. the install was ok but in 6 months there was warranty work required, he fixed the small stuff but had excuses for everything and it took weeks, now the AC in the other house has been out for 6 weeks and he has made up every excuse in the book and now he tells me to find another AC contractor to fix it under warranty problem is he gave me a parts and labor and the new guy is just parts so I am out $1000.00. I will be happy to share the other AC contractor’s notes on bill about Cool Impact
