I was very disappointed with Vincent. He was late for an estimate. After he provided the estimate and I wanted to proceed with the job, he was unresponsive to my calls. I’d rather take my business elsewhere - to someone that responds and cares about their customers.

Vincent was unprofessional and unreliable. He provided me a quote for the outside and inside of the property. However, when work was about to proceed, he gave an updated quote that was almost double the previous quote. I couldn’t believe it. When I tried to call him to discuss this, he was very rude.
