Description: Due to well failure, install a domestic water supply tank to be filled weekly by water delivery truck per approved plans:1) install 5,000 gal. norwesco fiber re-inforced polyethylene vertical water tank on a concrete pad secured with brackets and 3/8" wire rope seismic tie-downs. a guage will be installed on the new tank to indicate water level. 2) install 6" pvc pipeline to a hydrant within 50' of the building. 3) plumb the new tank to the existing 5,000 gal. fire suppression tank, which shall remain filled at all times.
