I am very disappointed with US Installations' performance in my recent carpet installation. They failed to properly complete the job; they then called me the following day to ask "was the job done to your complete satisfaction?" When I told them there was a problem, they promised to look into it and call me back. Since that conversation, I have never heard from them - and I have called 3x.

These guys are weasels, hiding behind voicemail, and failing to follow through on basic customer service and courtesy. I advise anyone buying carpet at Home Depot to be careful - the carpet may look good in the store but US Carpet Installation is not to be trusted .
