The Dry Basement Company

I hired this company to fix a water problem in my basement in December of 2015. They presented as very professional,and seemed to know what they were doing. They were the highest estimate (cost), but I went with them because they seemed to be honest. A few months after they completed the work, the problem came back, and actually was worse in a few spots. As they offer a lifetime warranty, I contacted them and asked that they remedy the problem. After a few months of SEVERAL emails and phone messages, they finally came and did more work. Again, after only a few months, the problem returned in at least one spot, and is actually now worse than before. I have left them several voice mails and emails and they have refused to get back to me. I sent a certified letter (return receipt requested) to Dave and he did not pick it up at the Post Office and it was returned to me unopened. Finally I called Dave's cell using "*67" and he answered. When he realized it was me he said he would not do any more work and hung up. He said it was because of an email I had just sent, stating that if I did not get a response I would drive to their office to speak with someone. This was not a threat, just what I was willing to do in order to try to get my basement fixed. I figured that they could or would not ignore me if I went there. This has been my experience with this company. I have sent and left probably upwards of 100 messages over the past 12-15 months and no response. I paid them over $5000 and they did not fix the problem. They have refused to honor their promised guarantee.I am now left to pay another company to fix their work.
