We had an air conditioner installed June 4th, they forgot the main water pan. The emergency was not installed properly. We had thousand of dollars of water damage to the master bedroom and family room. I called 5 days later and asked about you was going to handle my additional cost from the insurance company ..."they told me it was my responsibility " wow !!! thanks We can't use the master bedroom for 6-8 weeks until it can dry out and get the ceiling installed. We have to cover the deductible, added electricity ( heater needs to run for 7-10 days), plus clean from all the dust.
