Horrible experience with Gaye!!! Do not I repeat do not use Benchmark Home Builders if you want a new home built. They do not take pride in their work they’ll tell you one thing and take weeks to follow through if they even ever do!!! Our brand new house has trim that looks like a child put it up. Our front and back yard looks like total shit. Soil invested with fire ants they say they sprayed but no way in hell. We have small children in our home and have hundreds of ants coming inside where they sleep at night. It’s just been stressful on us and we will never recommend them to another person again.
