If I could give this CROOK 0 stars I would. He deserves to sit in a freezing cold house all winter with out a working furnace for what he has done to me. He failed to clean and service my furnace when I was purchasing my home. He forged a receipt and claimed he cleaned it. The furnace is absolutely junk and he knew it. He said “oh I’ll give you a deal on a new one” after this was brought to his attention. “The deal” was not a deal and was actually more expensive than the quote I got from my furnace tech. Avoid Joe Newbert at all costs he is a criminal.
