Description: Bill & terry mathis this administrative revocable permit applies to the construction and maintenance of concrete & iron fence/gates on a portion of the citys right-of-way/public utility easement located at the above address as shown by the attached plan. locate and protect all existing utilities both public and private prior to commencing work. fence permit is required prior to installation. call for inspections at 297-3571. grantee/applicant hereby acknowledges that should permission be granted to erect a concrete fence and gates in the area wherein that the city of oklahoma city and the oklahoma city water utilities trust (ocwut) own, operate, and maintain water and wastewater utilities and facilities that the rights of the city and ocwut and their contractors, employees and agents to operate, maintain and replace said wastewater utilities and facilities may result in the destruction of or damage to the concrete fence and gates in and around the utility easement or street right of way. grantee/applicant expressly agrees that in exchange for the permission granted herein that the city, the ocwut, and their contractors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or destruction of the concrete fence and gates from the actions of the city, the ocwut, and/or their contractors, employees, agents and representatives in the operation, maintaining or replacing of water and wastewater utilities and facilities and the grantee/applicant shall be solely responsible for any cost, expense or loss resulting there from.
