Description: Construct a 21,000 sq ft warehouse addition to existing building,concrete slab,pre-engineered steel "butler" building,electrical wiring . . . . . . 12/8/99 a letter requesting an approval to proceedwith footings and foundations was submitted on 11/23/99 but plans were not submitted to the office until 12/7/99.pp and i also met with mr reid of reid buildiers and discusses some of the issues with regard to the site plan.pp agreed to allow the contractor to proceed with footings and foundations at this time and at the builders/ owners own risk.i advised mr reed that we will prepare the letter for the appoval in part and that the remaining fees still need to be paid.wkv 1/7/2000 letter submitted form todd baer requesting an approval to proceed with the erection of steel. 1/13/99 prerpared letter for approval in part to proceed with the setting of the steel for the building.the updated site plan is fine per rmd but our office still need to correc some building issues that have occured with the existing tenants in the building.i had inspected these properties with lar and will update the files and get a letter out to mr baer and the tenant.wkv 1/26/2000 on 1/5/2000 in inspected the site with lar to determine what will be need for the other 2 tenats in the building for code complaince.see descrition under theses projects for specific information(prj99-2269 and p2000-0007).i spoke with mr baer on 1/21/2000 and said that i still need to provide a follow up letter stating what specifically needs to be done before we release the permit for this building.basically,the two tenats will need to apply for building permits to cover the work that was done in there spaces and make the necessary corrections.once these permits are applied for and approved then wecan release mr baers permit on the conditions that all building corrections are made to the tenant bays before release of a ceretificate of occupancyi spoke with both pp and rmd and they concurred that this would be a reasonable approach to cleaning up this situation.wkv 4/3/2000 a letter approving a 30 temporary occupany has been sent to todd baer to allow storage in the facility under construction. this request was submitted 3/9/2000 and pp and i were at the site shortly after the request was recieved.we still need to get some additional information for jim kimbles auto before we can release that permit.i have entered a reinspection for 5/3/2000.wkv 5/17/2000 a letter hass been submitted that statesjim kimbless truck repair will be completed by 6/30/200 and mr baer has requested an exstension for his temporary occupancy.have put in for lar to up on at this date.wkv
