The owner or manager Ed "whichever" really knows very little about plumbing or AC he hopes his men know what someone is taking about when they need service work. My husband got on the phone to talk whats needed at our house, both times we were charged for stuff that never needed done and my husband said, Ed has no idea what he is doing he just tries to talk over you to believe the line of crap he's saying and he keeps guessing adding parts until something works or maybe that is his intention but from listening to him I think its more he has no clue. His workers seem like good guys but I cannot deal with Ed, he's like an old used car salesmen. Actually my friend across the street warned me about Ed but I didn't listen. But Never again!
