Description: Knight house remodel the permit for this work is primarily for some structural modifications around the kitchen are of our home. there is one wall that separates the kitchen from the living room which we will be removing. this wall has some structural supports that will need to be considered and are covered in the engineer's document. there is also a window on the opposite site of said wall which will be move approximately 15 inches over, as well as a door that will be removed and replaced with studs, drywall, siding, and etc. the door will be moved into another room next to the kitchen. the door will take the place of a window that is in this other room. the window is wide enough for a doorway, but will need the header pushed higher to make room for the door's height. once these structural modifications are done, new cabinets will be installed in the kitchen and an island will take the place of the removed wall.
