I get calls on my cell phone from this number quite often... and when I respond, I get a recorded urgent message about my credit card and that "they" have been trying to reach me numerous times to "get a lower interest rate". I get the option to press 1 or press 2. Both numbers disconnect the call. Total scam, as I do not have any credit cards. Today I actually called right back after the disconnect and got some voice mail recording for Victor someone. Funny there was nobody there, as they had JUST called me. So I googled the number and it comes back to this company here. Either they are up to no good, or their number has been redistributed to credit card scammers.
