Very Bad experience with this contractor. Mr. Blunt gave our church an estimate for work for both the front and rear of our church facility. Requested pay in full in advance of work completion. Upon receipt only completed 50% of work promised. When questioned, he states he didn't feel like the rest needed to be completed in his opinion. Yet, he received payment in full for ALL the work that was supposed to be done. Secretary of Church is 80- years old and was obviously taken advantage of and duped. Would not recommend this contractor as he does not have integrity.
