WARNING!!! DON'T USE!!! Unfortunately, 0 star is not available. This place is terrible starting with customer service, lying and bad technician. We had a broken water heater. AHS assigned this company to us, I waited for a while for them to call me to set up an appointment with no result and had to call them myself. Dorothy told me that the only time they had was in 4 or 5 days, I tried to explain to her that we didn't have hot water in the house, but she didn't care.

When the technician finally showed up he said that the valve, a part that easily could be replaced the same day, needs to be replaced and that he needed to order it. I waited for several days and called myself. Dorothy said that she had to check and would get back with me, she never did. I called the next day again, she said that she can schedule us in 5-6 days. I told her that living without hot water for 2 weeks was unbearable, she didn't care and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday following week.

I contacted AHS and they managed to move our appointment to Monday morning. Guess what, Monday Morning Dorothy called and said that they didn't have the part and had to reschedule. When I asked her why she scheduled us in the first place without having a part available she couldn't answer.

Finally, I got permission from AHS to call any available plumber and have the problem fixed. Within 3 hours we had a plumber in our house, it took him an hour got the part and fix the water heater.
