He started a backsplash for my mom. Laid all the tile and talked her out of using the color grout she had picked. He said he would come back when she got the new grout and has now not answered the phone, texts, messages in months. Cashed the check though. So now we have to pay someone else to come finish the job he was paid in full to do.
