Joshua Ronald Caton owner of Central Valley Fiberglass Pools in Modesto dug a hole in our backyard for a fiberglass pool March 17th. Today is May17th and nothing has been done except that he has swindled us out of $60,000. We are senior citizens and this is our life savings. We feel helpless since he won't answer our calls and his mailbox is full. We know for a fact that a neighbor up the street upfronted Josh 60K as well. I wonder how many other holes he has dug and taken people's money? This man is a criminal and needs to go to jail for fraud and elder abuse. We are in the process of filing a complaint against Josh Caton and his bogus company CENTRAL VALLEY FIBERGLASS POOLS
