Description: Ele13-04800 to whom it may concern, regarding the property at 3950 winding way, we had the original electrical permit on this job and actually completed the rough in portion of the home and had the proper electrical inspections completed as well. at that time, we were not allowed to renew our marion county license and therefore the owner was forced to hire another electrical contractor to complete the scope of the job. this contractor, we do not know whom it was, pulled a new permit for this location and completed the electrical wiring in the home. as there was another electrical contractor who completed the job, we did not feel as though we needed to file the certificate of completion as we did not complete the wiring and installation of the job site. we are asking you to please review the project, note if the other contractor submitted their certificate of completion, except their completion tag and forgive us of all fines and penalties. we collected no monetary funds from this job and would ask for leniency for our apparent lack of filing our completion card. ***see activities
