Description: Plm13-02013 i do most of my work in hendricks county - but my business is only part time anyway. the owner of this house has never called me to complete the job - so i could not send in a certificate of completion. i am hesitant to do so nwo as he still owes me some money from rough in of house. i did not realize there was a time limit on this permit - as i did not file the extension that was granted in may - he has called me a few times in the past year telling me of money woes and cost overruns. how can i possibly say a unit is finished when i know it is not. please decide if there is a fine and send me a letter. thank you. ***see activities
