Tim and his team have been professional and thorough with our heating and cooling needs over the past few years. We had both top and bottom units replaced with Tim's crew and are very happy with the install and continuing maintenance and service on our systems. They responded quickly when our system started failing and we were in the cold. Tim works closely with his crew, and is patient with us when we ask a lot of questions and explains the problems and possible solutions, and makes sure we know how to read our new equipment and what to do. When we realized our issues were more than our old equipment, Tim referred us to what must be a few of the best environmental auditing people in this area. He suggested that environmental auditors look at our draft issues and it resulted in us having wrapped our crawlspace, our attics and added humidity to the home for the winter months. We are very comfortable now and we are so thankful for the knowledge and skills that Southern Comfort brought to the project. Tim even adjusted our new equipment job when we realized we wanted to add another heating duct to warm an unfinished room for future renos, changing the order to a larger furnace, and figuring out and installing the additional awkward ductwork involved. We were offered an excellent warranty and ongoing maintenance for our units, which includes them changing our air filters so we ensure we stick to the schedule. I have had an excellent experience with this company and highly recommend them if you have an obvious problem or need a skilled professional to investigate and find solutions.
