Description: Drainage drainage for 136 a & b, 140, 146 & 150 amherst ave: raise existing drainage bubble box, in front of 151 amherst ave due to county reconstruction project. it shall be raised using traffic rated drainage structure per attached plan and per county inspector. surrounding area shall be backed fill per county standard and inspector with a minium of 2" asphalt concrete over 6" class 2 aggregate base. the property owners of the listed properties above would be responsible for its maintenance and liability along with all items mentioned in the attached acceptance/release of liability agreements.
