Description: (treasure valley coffee-warehouse addition) 9/12/07-plan mod-engineering has been provided for the north 31' of the east and west walls of space 105 of the original approved plans which was added to the overall tenant space under the 6/7/07 plan modifications. the north wall of space 105 was engineered as a bearing wall with footing size change, additional rebar and hold downs. the stud framing for all three wall portions was changed double 600s162-54, back to back steel studs at 48" o.c. with an intermediate 600s162-54 metal stud at 24" intermediate spacing between double studs with a minimum 12 gauge track. these walls also serve a shear walls with 5/8" gwb both side with #6 flathead self-tapping screws at 4" o.c. at edges and field. additional columns, concrete pads, rebar and hairpin anchors where added as part of original foundation at the perimeter wall. engineering indicates the walls were designed to carry a future storage mezzanine load of 125 psf ll and 60 psf dl. separate application, plans, engineering design and calcualations for review and permit are required before any mezzanine can be constructed. 6/7/07-plan modification. room 105a of 2,720 sq. ft. has been added to the future usable area of treasure valley coffee warehouse #101 & #102, for use by their delivery truck drivers, vending service. there will be a new 3' door added between room 105a and warehouse 102. change will add approximately 58' of interior walls in 105a to create the front office area, supply storage and separating vending service area. accessible restrooms will not change as a result of this modification. the increased occupant load for additional office area of 105a increase from 3 to 9 and 'f2 occupant load reduces by 3 from the original plan review. the original overhead door location in the se corner will be framed for a new 4' x 12' office window and a larger 4' x 8' window will be added in place of original 4' x 4' window. there is no occupancy allowed for future 'vanilla space', #104, under this permit scope. tenant space #105 became part of treasure valley coffee tenant area under this plan modification, to be included in the certificate of occupancy. all other items remain as per original approved plans by mike otto. drs to construct a 30,000 sq. ft. one story type iib fully fire sprinkled warehouse addition with a 6,000 sq. ft. mezzanine to the south side of the existing building #2. work includes a remodel of the existing covered storage area of building #2 ,a three hour fire wall on the south side of building #2 between the new addition, vanilla finish for one separate 2800 tenant space in the new addition, all site improvements, paving and landscaping per approved plans and attachments, drh06-00208. fire sprinklers used for area. storage racks greater than 8 feet in height require separate permits, plans and engineering. separate plans and permits are required to occupy the new tenant space 104 in building #3. letter of completion only for lease space 104 under this permit, no occupancy authorized. occupied space for new building is for 32,644 sq. ft. (note: see comments regarding issuance of certificate of occupancy.)
