Montgomery County Home Pro Mark Melice

Mark is an absolute con man and scammed me for thousands of dollars. I paid 3 deposits to him for 3 separate work efforts - he was supposed to paint my exterior wall, replace 14 windows, and frame the inside of my home.



He dragged on for several months, with endless unfulfilled promises (I have text message proof), and tons of excuses every time. He hired an unprofessional worker to do the paint, which was completely scuffed, and just simply didn't do the rest of the work. Thousands of dollars in deposits for windows that I never received, work that never got done, and now he is not answering any calls.



Mark is extremely manipulative and will make you feel bad for giving him a hard time on being on schedule. Sorry, but you dragged this on for MONTHs with endless excuses. You're the one that should feel bad for being a liar and absolute con man. I have not gotten the labor or the materials which I paid for to this day.



I am taking legal action against Mark and recommend everyone stay away.
