Heseman Builders Group Inc

Probably the most unethical and dishonest people I have ever come across. When I filed a written complaint with Escambia County Contractor Competency Board they were already well known with the building services investigators having had two previous written complaints on file despite only having their residential contractor license for two years. In August of 2016 they were charged with an egregious violation of a licensed contractor. The other complaint was still under investigation at the time of my public records request.
My complaint was brought before the Escambia County Board and was moved forward to a disciplinary hearing for Heseman. Just before the disciplinary hearing the jurisdiction was changed to Santa Rosa County. The Santa Rosa County attorney has reviewed the case and believes Heseman Builders is in violation of Florida Statute 455.277 and they are now to scheduled to go before the Santa Rosa Contractor Competency Board for disciplinary action for this violation.

(m) Making deceptive, untrue, or fraudulent representations in or related to the practice of a profession or employing a trick or scheme in or related to the practice of a profession.
Do your due diligence with these guys and speak with other builders, mortgage lenders and architects/designers. They have already built quite a reputation for themselves in the Pensacola community in short period of time.
Hopefully this post keeps anyone from having the same experience with this dishonest builder.
