Dave, Oscar and their crew were a pleasure to work with on our new addition to a historic home. All clarifications necessary were done with our Architect, so that the job went smoothly once the work was started. Dave was very patient during our very prolonged City of Chicago permit process due to the pandemic and other delays. A timeline of this work was provided and completed on time, despite the challenges with our Chicago weather. The supplies needed was coordinated with a lumber supplier, streamlined for deliveries, as wood was needed, which alleviated our concerns for wood laying around. We needed some rework done on our Foundation that this crew was able to rectify. The crew, overseen by Oscar was reliable, respectful and took great pride in their work throughout this job. If we ever need these carpentry services again for future projects, we would not hesitate to hire Advance Framing and Carpentry, LTD.
