Do NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Shop around. They sold a unit for $2000 over cost for my dead father’s house. Should have cost $3500, not $5500 for a Bryant. After they broke the AC at our other property instead of cleaning it and tried to sell us another, I suspected the game. I researched the cost and realized they were overpricing by $2000. But I gad already paid. I was grieving. My father had died. I demanded a refund, they deceived me, returned the down payment and refused to refund the rest of the $4000. I couldn’t even afford to bury my father because they took back the brand new unit and kept the rest of my $4000. I had to turn around and buy another unit an even better one from another company fir only $3000. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
