Very unsatisfied, we hired Bill to renovate our bathroom in June.

Everything started out great at first. The tiling of the shower looks nice. When it came time to install the shower faucet , sink and toilet, we hit bump in a roll, our sink arrived broken, so we need to wait for the replacement.

Bill promised to return to install the sink, shower faucet, toilet together after our replacement arrived, so we paid him in full, we believed him that he would return.

2 weeks later, the new sink arrived, so we contacted Bill to arrange a date for him to come install the plumbing fixtures, at first, he claimed he was busy and he would contact us in 1 week or 2. After couple weeks, we had not heard anything from him, so we tired contacting him again, we left numous msgs on his voicemail, and email, but never received a reply.
When we tried to call him on different phone number, he would answer, and tell us he will “get to us “. To this date, we never receive any reponse from Bill, and had to hire another person to install our shower, sink, and toilet even we paid Bill in full.

So, if you think of using Bill, he does a good job, but be sure do not pay him in full until you 100% satisfied, from our research of other reviews, we found Bill has had similar issues with past clients, who tried to contact him to fix jobs that were not done correctly , he was difficult to get hold of. Maybe worth to go with a contractor that cost little bit extra but you can trust he will finish the job.
